Corn Fritters

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

4 eggs

1/2 cup of  milk or water

1 can of corn 


Drop by teaspoons in to hot oil.  Turn over a few times to insure cooked thoroughly.   Remove and place on paper towels to absorb up excess  oil.   Serve with maple syrup.
